该报道指出，国家电网作为杭州亚运会清洁用电的最强后盾，积极探索绿色电力赋能杭州亚运会碳中和机制。国网浙江电力通过±800千伏特高压直流输电、源网荷储“即插即用”、能量路由、市场化碳交易等多种方式，实现亚运史上首次100%绿电供应；本着“能效是第一能源”理念，组建亚运零碳工程师团队，协助场馆在建设、运营中精准降碳；推进省内外清洁电力输入和消纳，大力提升浙江省和杭州市的清洁能源利用占比，为经济社会可持续发展增添绿色底色；构建大受端融合、分布式集聚、高弹性承载、新机制突破、数字化赋能的新型电力系统，全面支撑浙江共富示范区建设和高质量实现“双碳”目标。

无论是“微火炬”的设计，还是绿色能源的全覆盖，不久前结束的北京冬奥，中国向世界展现了科技赋能下的环保意识、绿色能量。
而即将在9月盛大开幕的杭州亚运会，也在“双碳”目标下，处处彰显“零碳办赛”的绿色低碳理念，积极打造亚运会建设“零碳办赛”的“杭州样板”。
奥林匹克运动不仅关乎体育，也是我们探索可持续发展道路的重要契机。一届精彩纷呈的亚运盛会，是浙江乃至中国在清洁能源领域取得巨大进步的生动实践。

Green energy empowers Hangzhou 2022 by highlighting its zero carbon concept
Whether it is the design of the "micro torch" or the full coverage of green energy, the recently-concluded Beijing Winter Olympics demonstrated to the world China's environmental awareness and the green energy created through technology.
The Hangzhou Asian Games, is scheduled to open in September, and will be demonstrating the green and low-carbon concept of "zero-carbon competition" under the "dual-carbon" goal, and to actively create a "Hangzhou model" for the Asian Games to build a "zero-carbon competition".
The Olympic Movement is not only about sports, but also an important opportunity for us to explore the path of sustainable development. A splendid Asian Games is an important milestone in Zhejiang’s and even China's tremendous progress in pursuing clean energy.
By taking over the baton from the Beijing Winter Olympics, the Hangzhou Asian Games will promote green and low-carbon development. China will make an even greater contribution to the global efforts on climate change.

杭州亚运会在“零碳办赛”的使命下，尤为注重使用安全环保的绿色电力。国家电网作为杭州亚运会清洁用电的最强后盾，积极探索绿色电力赋能杭州亚运会碳中和机制，助力亚运交出一份“零碳办赛”的圆满答卷。
今年，国家电网将通过±800千伏特高压直流输电、源网荷储“即插即用”、能量路由、市场化碳交易等多种方式，实现杭州亚运会全部场馆用上绿色电能。
这在亚运史上将是首次。

Green electricity ushers in a green Asian Games
To fulfill the mission of hosting a "zero-carbon Games", Hangzhou 2022 will pay special attention to the use of safe and environmentally friendly green electricity. China’s State Grid, as the strongest supporter of clean electricity for the event, has actively investigated the carbon neutral mechanisms, for a successful "zero carbon Games".
This year, the State Grid will provide green electric power to all the venues for Hangzhou 2022 through a variety of innovative means, including ±800 KV UHVDC power transition, "plug and play" power grid load storage, energy routing, and market-oriented carbon trading.
It will be a first in the history of the Asian Games.
The State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co will provide powerful support to the grand sporting event with green power using technology and practical action, which also contributes to the nation’s green, low-carbon and sustainable development.
亚运史上首次，100%绿电供应
满足社会绿色低碳发展需要，积极开展“亚运全绿电 助力碳中和”工作，成为了国家电网的重要任务。早在2021年，《杭州亚运会绿色电力专项行动方案》就已经正式亮相，为赛时绿电有效供应提供保障。
亚运会倒计时500天之际，亚组委、浙江省电力交易中心与国网杭州供电公司签署三方协议，全面启动杭州亚运会绿电交易，初步明确了亚运比赛用电将全部实现100%绿电供应，确保用电零碳化。本次亚运绿电交易覆盖了亚运场馆、亚运村以及指挥中心等61个建筑，提升了整个亚运赛事的低碳化水平。
浙江电力交易中心结算部主任金骆松说，“浙江省发改委、省能源局、省能监办等部门对‘零碳亚运’给予了大力支持，在《2021年浙江省电力直接交易工作方案》文件中专门提出‘开展绿色电力交易、探索清洁能源赋能2022杭州亚运’。”
“本着‘能效是第一能源’的理念，我们联合亚组委共同组建了亚运零碳工程师团队，积极在绿电供能、节能改造、智慧能源等领域提供专业服务，协助场馆方在建设、运营及日常管理中精准降碳。”国网杭州供电公司营销部主任郭大琦补充道。
100% green electricity—the first time in the Asian Games history
To fulfill the needs of the green and low-carbon development of society, the provision of green power for Hangzhou 2022 to promote carbon neutralization has become a key task for the State Grid. As early as 2021, the Hangzhou Asian Games Green Electricity Special Action Plan had been officially unveiled to secure the effective supply of green electricity during the games.
On the 500-day countdown to the Games, HAGOC, the Zhejiang Electric Power Exchange Center and the State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company signed a tripartite agreement to kick off the green electricity transaction for Hangzhou 2022. This clearly requires that the power supply for the Games will be 100% green to ensure zero carbon. The deal covers as many as 61 buildings including the competition venues, the Asian Village and the event’s command center.
Jin Luosong, director of settlement for the Zhejiang Electric Power Exchange Center, said that the Zhejiang Energy Department, Zhejiang NDRC, and the Zhejiang Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration have shown strong support for a ”zero carbon Asian Games”. The 2021 Official Plan for Direct Electricity Trade in Zhejiang lays particular emphasis on green electricity trading, and clean energy to power Hangzhou 2022.
"In line with the concept of 'energy efficiency being the first energy', we have jointly established a zero-carbon engineering team for the Asian Games with HAGOC. They will provide professional services for the green electricity supply, energy saving renovation and smart energy, and assist venues in the construction, operation and the daily management of precise carbon reduction," added Guo Daqi, director of marketing for the State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company.
绿电， 为亚运注入磅礴能量
目前，国网浙江电力在绿色电力的发展与使用上高歌迈进，正大力推进省外清洁能源入浙，促进省内新能源全接入全消纳，实现绿色电力“既从远方来，也从身边来”。针对杭州亚运的绿色能源应用，也有很多新动作。
在场馆运行方面，首先是保障场馆的用电安全可靠。“我们开发了新一代保电系统，确保‘每一度绿电’都安全、及时的送达亚运场馆。”国网杭州供电公司运检部主任刘伟浩表示。
据国网杭州供电公司发展策划部主任徐祥海介绍，当前，全球规模最大、技术最先进的电力基建工程之一——±800白鹤滩—浙江特高压直流输电工程及其配套工程已核准开工。该项工程建成后，800万千瓦清洁水电将在短短一瞬跨越山河，为长三角一体化发展注入新的磅礴能量。
“工程不仅将缓解未来10年杭州电力供需形势，更将直接带来接近全市用电负荷中40%的绿电比例，实现能源清洁化率超过50%。换句话说，届时杭州市民每用10度电，就有5度以上来自清洁的光能、水能或风能。” 徐祥海说。
Green electricity, powering a green Hangzhou 2022
At present, the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co is making great strides in the development and use of green electricity. It is vigorously promoting both the introduction of clean energy from outside Zhejiang and full access to and absorption of new energy in the province to secure the green power supply "from afar and from local sources". Additional new moves are being planned especially for any green energy application in the grand event.
In venue operation, the priority goes to having a safe and reliable power supply. "We have developed a new generation of power protection systems to ensure the safe and timely delivery of 'green electricity' to the Asian Games venues," Liu Weihao, director of transition and inspection for the State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company said with confidence.
According to Xu Xianghai, head of development and planning for the State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company, the ±800 Baihetan-Zhejiang UHVDC transition project and its supporting system, is one of the largest and most technically advanced power infrastructure projects in the world. They have been approved to start its construction. After its completion, eight million kilowatts of clean hydro-power will span mountains and rivers in just a moment to fuel the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
"The project will not only alleviate the power supply and demand stress for Hangzhou in the coming 10 years, but also directly expand the proportion of the city's green electricity to 40% and achieve an energy cleanliness rate of more than 50%. In other words, by then, for every 10 KWH of electricity consumed by Hangzhou residents, over 5 KWH will come from light, hydro or wind sources", Xu enthused.
实现“双碳”目标，加速社会共识
浙江作为资源禀赋小省、能源消费大省和工业制造强省，在保持经济持续快速增长的同时，推动能源清洁低碳转型，需要更多的外来清洁电力支撑。
对此，国网浙江电力发展部副主任孙志鹏指出，国网浙江电力立足“亿千瓦级大受端电网低碳转型”定位，构建具有大受端融合、分布式集聚、高弹性承载、新机制突破、数字化赋能等鲜明浙江特色的新型电力系统，全面支撑浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区、全力助推浙江省高质量实现“碳达峰、碳中和”。
绿色电力是保障城市乡村低碳可持续发展的重要措施。在中国碳达峰、碳中和目标下，降低企业单位产值碳排放强度将成为绿色发展的关键举措，全社会各行业领域也都将在能效提升方面倾注更多心思。
“希望以本次亚运绿电交易为契机，加速全社会尽快达成绿色低碳生产生活的理念和实践共识。”徐祥海表示。
Achieve the goal of "dual carbon" andaccelerate social consensus
Limited in resource capability but huge in energy consumption needs, Zhejiang, with its strong industrial manufacturing capacity, is hungry for more external clean electricity to support its clean and low-carbon energy transformation while maintaining a sustained and rapid economic growth.
In this regard, Sun Zhipeng, deputy director for the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Development Department, pointed out that State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power is based on the positioning of "low-carbon transformation of large-scale receiving-end power grids of 100 million kilowatts". A new type of power system with distinctive Zhejiang characteristics, such as breakthroughs and digital empowerment, fully supports Zhejiang's high-quality development and construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity, and fully promotes the high-quality realization of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" in Zhejiang Province.
Green electricity is an important measure to ensure low-carbon and sustainable urban and rural development. Under the goal of peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality in China, reducing enterprises’ carbon emission intensity per unit output value will become a key measure of green development, and all sectors of the society are required to pay more attention to energy efficiency.
"We hope to take this Asian Games green electricity transaction as an opportunity to prompt the whole society to reach a consensus on green and low-carbon production and life concept and practice as soon as possible." Xu said.
